Meditation and Q&A

Mediation Sessions are about one hour long, and are lead by one of the monastics (monk or nun). They start with 15 minutes guided meditation in loving-kindness, followed by 15 minutes silent meditation (following the breath), followed by 1/2 hour Dhamma talk and discussion. Attendees may sit on a cushion on the floor, or in a chair. (Shoes must removed before entering the Dhamma Hall.) After the session, Food Shed Co-op will give a short presentation and Q&A session. Ownerships and merchandise will be available for sale.
