Current Volunteer Needs

Thanks for your interest in volunteering with us. Below you'll find descriptions of the areas and roles where we have the greatest need for volunteer help (and an estimate of the time commitment). Keep in mind that this doesn't cover EVERY area we could use help. If you have other ideas or interests, we'd love to talk with you!


Ready to get started? Sign up to come to our next Volunteer Orientation (listed on our events page) or just send our Community Coordinator a quick email and we'll get you set up.


Outreach & Events Task Force - monthly online meeting (last Monday of each month) to plan outreach and community events (1 hour/month + any additional time you want to contribute per event)


Tabling Volunteers - work alongside another volunteer at community events answering questions about our co-op and ownership - training is provided! (1-3 hours per event)


Website Development - someone experienced with web design who can help make occasional edits to our website templates (a few hours every few months)


Communications Team - generate content for our newsletters, social media, and materials for our Owner Loan Campaign. (1-2 hr/week)


Street Team - Help get the word out online by sharing posts and inviting people to events. OR help get the word out around our community by delivering yard signs and brochures to those who request it. (a few hours a month)


Photographer/Videographer - Capture our events and help with special projects that help us communicate our vision via video (varies by project)


Graphic Design - design graphics for our events, newsletters, and social media (a few hours per month)


Database Management - help us clean up our owner contact information, contact owners we’re missing critical information for and update their information in our database (flexible, can be done from home)
