What's our MOST frequently asked question? These days, it has to be WHEN WILL THE STORE OPEN?
There are several steps we need to take on the road to opening our community-owned grocery store. Click here to view our timeline which lays them all out.
OUR NEXT MAJOR MILESTONE IS AT 500 OWNERS. 500 owners will take us into Stage 2B, the Planning stage. As of today, we have 323 owners. Let's move to the next stage!
HOW DO WE GET THERE? With your help, of course! It takes the collective work of the community to build a co-op. Please help spread the word to help Food Shed Co-op reach 500 owners. Forward this email. Like us on Facebookand share our posts. Follow us on Twitter and retweet our tweets. Please tell everyone you know why you think McHenry County needs a community-owned grocery store soon!

Where else should we be? Who should we talk
 to?
If you have any ideas about events that the Food Shed Co-op can participate in or places where we can present, please send them to [email protected]. Trained volunteers and members of our board are happy to speak about Food Shed Co-op anywhere we're welcome!
